We recommend grilling for 12- 15 min each side over a slow to medium heat. Butterflied leg of lamb, marinaded in a traditional souvlaki marinade of fresh herbs, loads of lemon and garlic. All ready to emerge from the bag and be tossed straight onto the grill.
