Fillet – 200gm

Our Premium Fillets are portioned to a minimum portion of 200gm. The fillets are heavily marbled with rich omega 3 and so tender you can basically cut them with a fork. To ensure that you cook these just as you love them we recommend the reverse sear and use a good thermometer.
