Flat Iron Steak- 250gm
The Flat Iron steak is cut from below the shoulder blade. It is actually one half of a larger cut called the oyster blade that has a heavy seam of fasia through the middle. Once this snew is removed you are left with a heavily marbled and tender steak that is quite thin. The flat iron is the perfect grilling steak for a quick mid week meal or a weekend steak sandwich.
