We taken all the prep out of duck fat roasties. Just turn out onto a baking tray and roast for 20-30 minute or until golden brown.
These have been par boiled, tossed in duck fat then cooled and portioned for dinner. The further you take them in the oven the crunchier they go. The tradeoff is the centres will also become less fluffy. A matter of preference. Try it out.
